In the State Of Florida, the majority of firearms and other weapon restrictions can be found under Chapter 790 of the Florida State Statutes and their use is partially regulated under Chapter 776. These two chapters will be of the main concern when applying for licensure within the State, regarding to firearms and other weapons.
